What if the product I want to buy is marked as "out of stock"?
We do our best to keep all our products in stock, but sometimes it's hard to keep up.
Can I request some minor modifications / customization in a product I liked?
It is definitely possible to customize the product to your own taste (colour, size, engraving, etc...). You will have to send us your idea in the Contact us page, and we will try to fulfill your request.
How long does it take before you send the product?
We are obligated to send the parcel you have ordered as soon as possible (usually in the day you have ordered or the next day), in any case no longer than 3 working days.
